Located in a quiet and secluded area with plenty of privacy, 'LaFayette Chalet' boasts a rustic interior, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, an electric fireplace, and a deck with lounge furniture. Hot tub open year round in the Back Patio. Whether you’re looking to relax at home, go skiing, or explore the great outdoors, this is the perfect home base. After a day spent making memories, cozy up in the living room. For our weekend guests, have a free bottle of wine on us!

The location is beautiful the cabin is beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s cozy and to have the electric fireplace going and just watching it snow and rain was amazing. Just the get a way we needed. I’m planning on renting it again in the summer and bringing my kids so they can enjoy as well.

The host did not communicate well. We asked for pictures of the pool since we were coming with a two year old and there was no response. Also, we were texting about the condition of the property and he didn't respond to my last texts. Overall the property was nice but upon arrival the bath towels were in a basket in the laundry room so we had to wash them. Also, the dishwasher was not emptied and there were several dirty dishes. It could have been a faulty dishwasher, however, I did expect it to be empty for our use. This is why we didn't rate the home higher.

I am writing to express our disappointment with our recent stay. The property was poorly maintained, featuring a green pool, dirty hot tub, broken furniture, standing water in the basement, and cleanliness issues throughout the home.The host informed us after our arrival that a party from the prior weekend had prevented them from getting the home ready in time. While the host did ultimately issue a 500 partial refund after extensive negotiation, the property was far below the standard advertised. We are incredibly disappointed by the disparity between the listing photos and reality.
