Sombrero Beach Road is perfectly situated near top-rated restaurants, outdoor activities, and the convenience of Publix Supermarket. Private dock with short ride to ocean.

The property features a heated pool, gas grill, private dock and backyard—ideal for boaters, family gatherings, or relaxing evenings under the stars. Whether you’re heading out for a day of fishing, snorkeling or lounging by the pool, your adventure starts right at your doorstep.

Upon request, the pool can be heated for an additional $150 per week.

The pool and outdoor area is wonderful. The house is amazing with a great central location. Everything was as described, we would absolutely stay here again. The new tiki hut was fabulous and provided some much needed shade! Tom was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Un goût de paradisNous venons de Paris, en France, et voyageons régulièrement en Floride, presque une fois par an, le plus souvent dans les Florida Keys.Nous sommes habitués à loger dans des hôtels de très bon standing entre Key Largo et Marathon.Cette année, nous avons fait le choix de louer une maison afin de nous sentir réellement chez nous et de vivre, le temps du séjour, comme de véritables Floridiens.Dès le départ, l’emplacement est tout simplement parfait : en plein cœur de Marathon, dans le quartier le plus charmant, Sombrero. À seulement deux minutes de Publix d’un côté, et à deux minutes également de la magnifique plage de Sombrero de l’autre — un emplacement idéal.Quant à la maison, nous y avons été heureux à chaque instant. Les photos correspondent à la réalité, mais sur place, se dégage pleinement la beauté du lieu, une atmosphère de sérénité et de vacances.La maison est impeccable, parfaitement propre et très bien équipée. La décoration, omniprésente mais toujours élégante, les couleurs, les matériaux : tout est pensé avec goût et réalisé avec des prestations de grande qualité.La piscine est superbe et l’espace extérieur est vaste, paisible et extrêmement agréable. Entouré de végétation, il n’y a aucun vis-à-vis ; le regard se pose en permanence sur un décor idyllique.Tom est un hôte attentionné, chaleureux et profondément attaché au confort et à la qualité de sa maison, ce qui se ressent dans chaque détail.Nous espérons y retourner !

Private pool, dock, and backyard surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Ping pong table in game room, theater room as well as outdoor games. Tiki hut 🛖 has been built in back yard.
