This is a beautiful house right on the beach. Though the internet and water pressure were low, this did not detract from the experience of staying here. We will definitely book this house again.

host: great communication from check in to check out. Couldn't ask for more. Communication leading up to our check in time allowed us to get into the property a little early...after a long travel day, we were thankful...Beach View: Everything you would hope for! .the walkout from the ground floor to the beach is about 50 ft. With Littles, the close proximately was a blessing...House Setup: We had 3 couples and 3 Grands, one being a newborn. The master suite has a walk-in closet perfect for privacy with the baby. The first floor sleeping area was perfect for the one year old still in a crib..the main floor has two bedrooms side by side which was perfect to have a 3 year old close to her parents..Loved the outdoor water house coming in off the beach to rinse off and the first floor bathroom?shower. perfect for littles during the day and after a long day on the beach...Location: Close to everything...Grocery, Restaurants, Golf, Shopping, The Wharf...A few observations for improvement...One suggestion would be to replace chairs on the main deck area..they are rusting with metal flaking off due to the salt air...also, initially we thought the ice maker was just a little slow but realized it's not working. Finally, on the ground floor walkout, renters have left behind assorted beach toys, umbrellas, etc...most have been there a while and not usable..All in all, a great property and vacation..We come to this area annually and would definitely stay again..
