This house was perfect for a family Disneyland trip! The property was clean, there were so many activities for our kids to play on/with & the outdoor area was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with a completely fenced in property. The host was very responsive & even helped us by shipping back my daughter's favorite shoes after we accidentally left them. Definitely recommend this property for a family vacation! :)

AMAZING!!! This house was perfect for our family. It is located in between Disneyland a short drive and Knotts Berry Farm. The house was VERY clean & well laid out floor plan. The back yard has so much space & toys for small kids. We had 3 adults and a 4 & 2 year old and an 8 month old and it was perfect! The owner/contact person was fast to reply to any questions we had. We will DEFINITELY stay here again & highly recommend this house. PLUS TONS OF PARKING!

The property is in a great location, and access was easy and convenient. Unfortunately those are the only positives I can mention. Our stay was completely ruined by a severe ant infestation throughout the property.Ants were everywhere, in the beds, clothes, wardrobes, toilet, shower , washing machine, kitchen counters and throughout the house. The property was effectively swarming with ants. They kept rerurdespite being repeated spraying, and within just two days they weee back in large numbers.The hosts only proposed solution was to spray them with and and cockroach spray. This was an unacceptable response to a serious infestation. We could have bought and used a spray ourselves, so having someone come over to do the same thing offered no meaningful solution. What we expected was for the underlying problem to be dealt with, not a temporary measure that clearly did not work.A property with ants spreading into the beds, clothes and essential areas of the home is not acceptable and should not be offered to guests until the infestation has been professionally treated. Based on our experience, I strongly do not recommend, especially for families with young children.

We did take action as soon as the issue was reported. We offered to have our cleaning team return to the property to reset and clean the affected areas, and we also arranged for a professional exterminator to treat the entire property the following day. In addition, we provided a refund to the guest as compensation for the inconvenience. We understand that the initial treatment did not immediately resolve the issue, and we regret that this impacted your experience. We take cleanliness and the comfort of our guests seriously and have continued taking steps to address the issue and prevent it from happening again.

Easy check in but late check in time. 5pm. Later than most. Very clean and comfortable. Was very hot as AC was not on. AC units in each room, not central AC. Took a while to cool down but each unit worked well. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy- would not take walks there but the gate around the property felt safe. Suggestions: There were no hand towels for the bathrooms. Only one bath towel per person. Had to use kitchen towels for bathrooms. Need more kitchen supplies. There were only three glasses. Lots of small tea cups but only a few coffee size cups. Only a few bowls and plates of varying sizes. Would not be feasible to have a family dinner as there were not enough supplies. We made it work. We did have a little snafu in that one of the curtains was ripped after we left. We certainly did not do it and initially were going to be charged for it but she was kind enough to believe us and not charge. Overall, good for price and clean, good size. Small changes would really make a huge difference.

Stayed here with my family and honestly it was a solid spot. The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was easy to reach and made check-in smooth with no issues. Location was nice too, close to everything but still felt chill and quiet. Definitely a good place if you’re traveling with family, I’d stay here again for sure.
