This property is clean, well equipped and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family for the week with a separate loft for the kids. Close to Nelson Cheese Factory, restaurants and shopping. View of the river and lock and damn. Short drive to Red Wing or Lake City.

Alma is a charming, historic river town, and the second-floor apartment is a great way to be in the middle of very walkable Main Street. The apartment has everything a twosome would want in the kitchen, bathroom, or living room/bedroom. There's also a private deck out back, bonus! Jacinda was very responsive to a few questions I had, she answered right away. We were so grateful to find an Alma spot that welcomed our dog. One of the features of the entire Hwy 35 is the train that runs through these river towns. Jacinda helpfully provides earplugs in case of sensitive sleepers, but we didn't need them, we really didn't hear the train in the night. Recommend!

What a gem! This property was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. The host even left a snack basket! Beds were comfy and the A/C worked great. Location is prime to all the little shops and restaurants. The Alma Bakery is incredible if you are there on a Saturday. This made a perfect weekend trip from the cities for our family of four and dog. The lock and dam are interesting as well as Buena Vista park for the overlook. Highly recommend a stop at Kinstone if you like rocks! We also had wood-fired pizza at Suncrest Farm which was a beautiful place and fun farm vibes. Thanks for sharing your gem of place. Host communication was A.
