Our home is perfectly situated for you to experience the best of Jacksonville Beach. A beautiful 10-minute walk brings you to the ocean. Directly across the street is a park with a playground, basketball courts, and baseball fields. For more adventure, South Beach Park—the area's largest park with a massive playground, splash pad, and skate park—is just 1.5 miles away. The property is also a peaceful and convenient retreat for those visiting the nearby Mayo Clinic.

You'll enjoy seamless self-check-in with a personal key code provided before your arrival. You have private access to the entire home, backyard, and all amenities. Convenient off-street driveway parking is included.

Beach Days & Outdoor Living
Getting to the beach is a breeze with 2 e-bikes and 2 e-scooters included, or enjoy a scenic 10-minute walk just 7 blocks to the sand. We’ve stocked everything you need for the perfect beach day: chairs, cooler, beach toys, a beach wagon, and more.

Back at the house, enjoy our smokeless fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Grill out on the Weber charcoal grill & enjoy outdoor dining at the large table equipped with an umbrella. Play the many outdoor games like bag toss, giant Connect 4, and oversized building blocks.

Each bedroom is equipped with a 55” smart TV, and the living room features a huge 75” TV for epic movie nights. Two of the bedrooms boast king-size beds with latex mattresses, known for their natural health benefits and supportive comfort. You'll also enjoy 100% cotton bedding and organic cotton towels throughout the home for a truly restorative sleep. There is an additional queen floor mattress that can be placed in the master bedroom or main living room for extra sleeping space.

Kid-Friendly Perks
For the little ones, you'll find a high chair, pack and play (with sheets) and baby bath. Indoor/outdoor giant building blocks, board games, giant connect four and other outdoor games and family-friendly activities. We are also located right across the street from a park with basketball courts, playground and baseball fields. Located 1.5 miles down the road is South Beach Park (largest park in the area with a massive playground, splash pad and skate park.

Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized to meet local licensing requirements. Per local laws, E-bikes are only to be used by 16+ year olds and require separate signed waiver.

Exploring the neighborhood is a breeze. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach or use the complimentary 2 e-bikes and 2 e-scooters to cruise around town. We provide everything you need for a perfect beach day, including chairs, a cooler, toys, and a wagon.

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:

Pets: We welcome up to two dogs with a $75 fee per pet. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.

Local Guests: We are generally not able to accept reservations from local guests. If you are local, please contact us for pre-approval and share the reason for your stay.

Rental Agreement: To meet local licensing requirements, we require a signed contract and a copy of your identification to be on file before your booking is finalized.

E-Bike Use: Per local laws, e-bikes are only to be used by guests 16 years of age and older. A separate signed waiver is required for their use.

Security: For your safety and the protection of our property, security cameras are located at the front and back entrances. These devices are motion-activated and record both video and audio.

Pet-Friendly Home: As this is a pet-friendly rental, please be aware that despite our thorough cleaning efforts, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of dog hair.
