You will love the 'Boathouse'!! We have repeat guests that enjoy all of the described amenities. The house is always well appointed, clean, and organized. Nautical details are the crown jewels of this home with Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings making this a perfect beach side retreat. Porthole windows, brass light fixtures, and accents of mahogany add a yacht atmosphere.

This vacation home has three bedrooms and 1 den on the lower level. The 'Captain Room' (Master) has a queen bed and bathroom with double vanity and shower. The 'Cottage Room' has a queen bed and large closet. The 'Boat Room' has one twin sleigh bed and one trundle (two twin beds). A full bath separates the two bedrooms. The den includes a pullout sofa bed and television for kids to lounge after a day at the beach.

The main living area is upstairs providing a bright and open area to entertain guests, or relax with a glass of wine after dinner in the village. The Upper Deck includes the kitchen, dining room, powder room, family room with an adjacent large deck at the front of the house with an automatic, retractable awning providing a beautiful open view. The family room with its vaulted ceilings and skylights is bright and airy, and provides the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the large LCD TV, Stereo, and comfortable furnishings.

The 'Galley' kitchen features Professional Quality Appliances for the master chef. Viking Appliances including Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, and all of the necessary cookware make cooking at home an entertaining option to dining out. Add the breakfast bar for five and dining room for 10 to make dining at home a memorable experience.

Finally, to ensure your vacation is worry free, the home includes all the necessities you would expect for a beach vacation complete with: washer and dryer (located on lower level), linens, bedding, bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrellas, bikes (locks included), outdoor shower, and gas BBQ to name a few. For those that need to stay connected you are welcome to use the phone (domestic), fax, printer, copier, scanner and wireless internet (WiFi).
