The house was great! The pool needed a bit of cleaning but it was rainy while we stayed so that may have had something to do with it. inside was clean and the gist was very friendly.

Thank you, yes it was rainy and some of the dust on the lanai must have fallen in the pool.

Property was well stocked & very clean. Great setup. 2 bdrms with king beds, 1 with a double & one with 2 twins. No trouble accommodating our party of 7. Host was very responsive to our only concern. Pool looks different than the picture. No liner & concrete is a bit stained, but the water was clean and clear. It was very hot while we were there so we did not get to the beach as often as we had planned & we cut the site seeing short because of the temps also, so the pool was a lifesaver as we had 3 teens with us. Would most definitely rent this house again.

The house was clean and in a great location. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Matanzas river, I got to see the sunrise! The house was very spacious, had plenty of room for eight people and a toddler. The beds were comfortable. We used the pool during our stay which was nice. We did have an issue with the air conditioner not working but the hosts(Sunder chitturi) were very quick to respond when we notified them. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable during our stay but they brought two portable ac units which helped tremendously! We also brought our dog and the fenced in yard was a plus so she could play ball outside. The hosts were very nice and responsive with our questions and concerns! We had a great time! I would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Thank you so much, it was a pleasure hosting you and your family. We are so happy in spite of the AC problems you had a great time. I love the picture you have posted.

Why they chose this property

It is a quite neighborhood giving that quite time when needed but also is close to all the action. St Augustine is a foodie's paradise in the historic downtown. Close to the house but not too close for the hustle and bustle to disturb you. It is close to the beaches and some tourist spots. If you are into boating there are 2 public boating docks within a mile from home.

What makes this property unique

It is a charming curb appeal, that traditional home that invites you inside with its charm.
