Besides a bump in getting the door code for entry everything else was great. Good location, all rooms were well appointed as described in VRBO, A good visit to Folly which is a delightful small beach town

This is a nice place in an ideal location. The proximity to the pier was ideal. The place has a great balcony where we drank our coffee each morning. The view was amazing. The only thing I wish we would have known in advance is that the condo has a pretty strong mildew smell. Initially I thought it was due to proximity to the water but after visiting two other locations on the same street, I found that neither of those properties had the smell at all. It was bad enough that I had to rewash clean clothes when we got home to get the smell out.
