The Space:

Colorful, inviting, and full of oceanfront sunlight, this fourth-floor villa on the shores of Folly Beach features spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the pier below. You'll get a complete water view from the penthouse level. Soak in the coastal sunshine on your large private balcony. For fun, venture down to the community's two seasonal swimming pools for a swim or settle poolside in a chaise with a good book. Long sunset walks on the beach can be enjoyed right downstairs.



Inside, you'll immediately notice the fun, dolphin decor throughout the space. This cozy, well-furnished vacation rental is complete with a well-appointed kitchen (with Keurig, Mr. Coffee, Kitchen Aid mixer, tea kettle, and more), banquet dining table seats and bar seating, entertainment options galore (smart TV, Blu-Ray player, CD player, cassette player, and MP3 player), a card table, and, ceiling fans and microsun lamps in every room. The private, beachfront balcony has stunning water views for miles and comes furnished with swivel rockers and a chaise lounge - access this space from the living room or primary bedroom. Retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms with premium, comfy mattresses at the day's end and enjoy the jetted Jacuzzi-style tub and a step-in shower in the primary en suite. Bathrooms are equipped with elongated toilet seats. Free WiFi allows everyone to share memories with friends and family back home.



The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are located right on the beach, less than a block from Center Street and its many shops, restaurants, and bars. Visit Folly pier, or sign up for a surfing lesson or a paddleboarding session with one of the various recreational outfitters in Folly Beach, while Folly Beach County Park is less than two miles west for a an afternoon picnic. You'll also be only 12 miles south of downtown Charleston - an easy day trip if you're searching for fascinating history and world-class cuisine.

We went into our stay with realistic expectations based on the previous reviews, and overall the condo worked well for our family. The location and oceanfront views were wonderful, especially from the balcony, and we appreciated having a full kitchen and plenty of living room space.The unit itself is definitely a bit dated and quirky, with lots of colorful décor and Folly Beach/Charleston memorabilia throughout. The beds were quite creaky, although pulling them away from the walls helped. The middle “blue room” also had a ceiling fan and overhead lights that weren't working during our stay. We contacted property management and appreciated that they quickly sent someone to take a look.Cleanliness and some general maintenance could use additional attention, particularly in the bathrooms. That said, the condo gave us the space we needed, the balcony and views were great, and the location made for a nice home base for our week on Folly Beach and exploring Charleston.Overall, a good stay with some definite room for improvement.

Very dated. The decor, appliances, exterior were all 20 very old. Rust could be seen on the fridge, the bath, etc. The pool was tiny. Worst of all was the super slow elevator that I actually broke down in and had to call 911. I tried calling the Casago office from my cell while in the elevator and no one answered. Eventually the fire department rescued me. I called and sent an email to complain on Saturday and was sent a canned response offering little to no empathy on Monday morning. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

The condo was very nice! Some things could use some updating but it was clean and the views were awesome! My husband’s health is not good so it was nice that the elevator was right near the unit. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short but we would definitely rent this unit again.
