This is an easy 5-minute bike ride to the beach and a well-appointed villa. The beds were comfortable and it had a nicely decorated beachy living room. The lagoon views were lovely and so peaceful.

The property was exactly as advertised. A very good value for the price point of this property. The location on Kiawah is great, close to the beach, Night Herron park, The Sanctuary, and not too far from the front gate. The property could likely use some cosmetic updating, but otherwise it was what we were expecting.

2nd floor condo is a tad outdated. Specifically the bedrooms carpets and bathrooms. The attached screened in porch had a ripped screen which allowed too many bugs in it for us ti use and enjoy!
