Casino Wine Down House with Winter Igloo

Stay at the end of a quiet, cozy, cul-de-sac while minutes from local attractions.

Our house is conveniently located near casinos, Mystic, vineyards, Nature's Art Village, Naval Submarine Base, CT College, USCG Academy and several beaches.

Enjoy the fire pit on our large deck under the gazebo year round. In the summer cool off in the pool. In the winter relax and enjoy some cozy time under the stars in the heated igloo.

Dogs are family and always welcome at no charge.

Our Home is a warm, cozy 1450 sq foot raised ranch at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.

There is a comfy couch and large tv and electric fire place in the living room for relaxing. A portable A/C unit is installed in the summer time in the living room and bedrooms.

There is a dining table to seat 6 for meals and games.

The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle. We provide most of the basics such as coffee, creamer, sugar, seasonings and cooking spray, pots, pans, dishes, coffee cups, glasses, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and large dressers and closet space. They have window A/C units in the summer time.

There is a full bathroom upstairs with large walk in shower with many different settings on the shower system.

Downstairs there is a game room with a pool table, big buck hunter, foosball, TV, karaoke, wii, and various wall games. (full list of games below).

There is a downstairs bedroom with bunk beds, large dresser, chalk board wall, giant connect four, and magnet wall. A portable A/C unit is installed in the summer.

Also, there is another full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower.

Laundry is located at the end of the downstairs hallway and detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

The large two tiered deck has a hard top gazebo with an outdoor couch and propane fire pit on the lower level (propane is provided), and the upper level has a dining table in the summer and the heated igloo in the winter time (from November 1st until April 15). There is also a propane grill on the deck (propane is provided).

Door to the igloo closes and there is a space heater

Ice/water dispenser is not connected to a water source, therefore is non operational.

You will have access to the entire house except for a small closet in the basement.
