Summer at the Sea

Beautiful house, beautiful property! It was clean, had everything we needed. Theres 2 outdoor showers and 2 hammocks in the huge backyard. Great relaxing weekend. We will be back for sure.

I frequently rent on Hatteras Island to visit my daughter and son-in-law and grandbabies who live on the Island. I will definitely be back to this one ! Very clean, GREAT yard for playing with the kids as well as pups. Has everything you could need for cooking for the family. Glad to have found this one !

We loved the location - 10min walk to the beach, and 10min walk to REAL Watersports (rentals, food, shopping). The house was dog friendly, had a big lawn, 2 outdoor showers, washer/dryer, and renovated interior. Only issue we had was that we were given the wrong door entry code.

This rental was EXTREMELY nice. It appears to have been recently remodeled, and is adorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this home. The one and only issue we had, was getting the code to open the door upon arrival. We had to try a few different codes, but did eventually get in.

The location was fine, the property served its purpose…. Cockroaches though…. I suppose it is the south so not sure how common that is? Additionally it felt like the floors were not very clean…. And we had sand in our bed so…. That was interesting. Other than that, the location and pricing was great.

Beautiful place, lots of room & nice yard, would be better if it was completely fenced as it is borders 2 streets. Beach access not suitable for anyone with disabilities. We however loved the home. Off season restaurant availability limited.

Be Aware of Location

This is a nice house but you will not get a beach feel here. It is on the highway. If you don’t care about the noise of cars and trucks it’s ok.
