Located just a short, easy walk to the beach access of you’ll have quick access to relaxing on the beach, taking a boat ride, dining, or soaking in the new POOL. Prefer a ride? Carolinia beach has Golf Cart rentals to travel around town in for shopping, and soaking up the sun.

Inside, enjoy an inviting open layout perfect for families and groups to enjoy cooking outside, swimming, and family gatherings. Gather around the cozy fireplace, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax on the spacious decks while soaking up fresh beach air or soaking in the pool admiring the beach sunshine.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all towels in the showers. Load and start the dishwasher. Take out trash.
Check out time is at 10:00.
Make sure all doors are dead bolted. With high winds on top of mountains doors blow open causing pipes and toilets to freeze in house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was by far the best house that we have stayed in for our vacation to Carolina beach. The pool and outside area has everything you need to relax and to just have all by yourself. The house was beautifully renovated with a separate are downstairs with easy access to the outside amenities. Close enough to the beach to walk and they even had a wagon, chairs, umbrella and just about anything you would need for the beach in case you forgot anything. Owner’s were very friendly and helpful for anything you may need. Highly recommend renting anything they have.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was completely stocked with everything we could possibly need, from the kitchen essentials to extra towels and thoughtful amenities, which made our stay so easy and relaxing.The backyard was one of our favorite parts. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It provided a private, peaceful space where everyone could unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather.Overall, this was an amazing place to stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and relaxing beach getaway!
