This was the perfect layout to enjoy the house and see the beach at all times when you're in the house. Porch was perfect and the beach was your backyard and far away enough from the public beaches so there was no one there but yourself, yet close enough to main street to enjoy everything about Folly Beach. A great place to vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures showed. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Please note there are alot of stairs before you can enter the house. Be prepared . Also there is a room full of sand covered equipment on the 1st floor. Tons of sand...needs to be cleaned out. No need to bring beach toys..great location, minor repairs need to be made, chairs on balcony had pieces broken, bunk bed room entry to bathroom had wooden slat loose, wireless connectivity is spotty..great beach

This house is in the most perfect spot on Folly! We love being away from all the crowds. The kids had the best time on the beach and walking to the end of the island was so easy from there. The rooms were set up perfectly for different aged kids, parents, and grandparents. One of the best houses we have stayed in. Scott is an excellent host, very quick to respond and very helpful! 10 out of 10 would come back!

Great house! Obviously the location is unbeatable when you're beachfront so it was only uphill from there. Scott was great with not only communicating but also taking to action when there was a need (e.g. we needed extra towels). The kitchen was well stocked & there were extra blankets as well as floor fans in each room. Also plenty of beach chairs, boogey boards & beach toys on hand.

Staying at this Folly Beach house was absolute perfection. The home sits right on the beach, giving us front‑row seats to some of the most breathtaking sunrises I’ve ever seen. The beach itself was spotless, peaceful, and just steps from the back door. Inside, the house was immaculate—beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It felt like a true coastal retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the ocean.

We had a very nice stay at the little blue house on the beach. The biggest benefit is its beach view- the house is situated right on the ocean. It's on the quieter/less populated end of Folly Beach so it's the perfect place to visit for a quiet family trip. There were more beach toys/chairs/sand games than we could use given the age of those in our party, but if you have a young family, there are tons of beach toys.The host and property management company were very responsive replacing part of one of the toilets on the first day we arrived and fixing the shower handle to make it easier to operate. Listening to the waves on the deck or on the rooftop patio/deck was also a highlight at night.One of the negatives on the house is that it has seen a lot of wear and tear. The bathrooms could use upgrades, the furniture was partially busted and we couldn't sit in two of the chairs. At arrival, there was also only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 2 pods for the washing machine. Definitely bring all of your own cleaning supplies and paper products along with whatever food you'll need. The house is 3 miles from "downtown Folly". Overall, we had a great vacation there for a week and would definitely return with all of our own supplies :)
