Brand-new Townhouse with private pool. Located in York Beach and short walking distance to both Short and Long Sands, enjoy what this 3-bedroom townhome has to offer. One of the most private backyards you will find yet so close to downtown York Beach.
Guests will find one king bed, two queen beds, a queen pullout on 2nd floor and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Additionally a pool and large private backyard and firepit area. The two bathrooms include a hair dryer for added convenience.
A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
Pool is not operational after Septemeber 19th.

Incredible stay with our family! The location was great being walkable to short sands beach and the cafes and shops nearby. The house was beautiful and clean with truly awesome details like books, games, wagon, cooler, beach chairs, ball, and similar. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was exactly as described. It was large and spacious, and we had plenty of room to spread out. Great location. Only a 5-minute walk from Short Sands. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Scott was attentive and got back to us right away. House is in an awesome location with a quick walk to town shops, restaurants, and short sands beach as well as easy access to long sands beach and nubble light. Easy access to route 1 and 95. Plenty of room for family to spread out, kitchen well stocked, puzzles and books for rainy days, as well as beach gear, towels, etc. Would definitely stay again.

The host is terrific: Knowledgeable, friendly, and amazingly responsive! The place was truly perfect for our family. Clean, light, roomy, and airy— with all the amenities of a newly renovated place! My husband and I were very comfortable on the first floor while my kids and grandkids had their own 2 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as another living room, on the second floor. Great for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and organized and, like the rest of the house, meticulously clean! We spent several happy hours in the private swimming pool with our kids and grandkids before heading to the nearby beach for a glorious afternoon in the sunshine.Our grandkids enjoyed the local zoo, candy store, and toy shop, and we had delicious dinners at the local restaurants. Wonderful place! We will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal. It has much easier access to the beach than we expected - it's only about a 5 minute walk, but it's outside the main pedestrian zone and vehicle access off of Route 1 is very quick and easy. Being maybe 100 yds from the York Beach Brewery was a bonus for our adult party! The rooms are very spacious, with lots of room and seating. We were easily able to host a group of about 15 family following the formal reception for my mother's service - there is seating for at least 20 people outside (not including sitting on the edge of the pool and dangling feet in the water). There's plenty of seating in the great room space (we never even used the upstairs den/TV room). Several members of our group appreciated the puzzles that were there, and there are lots of board games available for those rainy beach days. The AC was much appreciated, as we were there during the peak of the heat wave (temps reaching the mid-90s!). I can't imagine what it would have been like in the non-AC places we stayed at when my children were young. The beds are new and comfortable, and we appreciate that the owners chose not to cram in extra beds to maximize sleeping space. The hosts were very responsive by text with a couple questions we had upon arrival, and Scott came over in person to fix one problem. I highly recommend staying here - it's the nicest place we've rented in 25 years of intermittent York Beach visits.

We had an incredible stay at this Vrbo property! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy the sun and surf every day. The pool was a fantastic bonus, providing a refreshing escape after a long day at the beach.The house itself was well-equipped with games and amenities that kept everyone entertained. From board games to pool toys, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The spacious kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, making our family dinners a highlight of the trip. This location made our yearly family get-together unforgettable and stress-free!We loved the convenience of being close to dinner spots and just a short walk for coffee. Plus, there’s a family-friendly zoo just around the corner! You really can’t beat this location.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. The combination of its proximity to the beach, the inviting pool, and the fun amenities made for a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
