Your Galveston Vacation awaits. Our West End Galveston Beach Retreat caters to families, couples & pets that love the Ocean & fishing in the Gulf.

-5 minute drive to the Beach and private Fishing Pier!

-Walk to the community pool (seasonal) & West End Marina/ Restaurant/ Bar. -Sea Isle community private pool, park, boat launch, & tennis court located directly across the street from your rental!

-3 bedroom/ 2 bath. Coastal decor that enhances the home's large layout making this custom designed property comfortable for larger families.

-LARGE living & dining area. Stocked kitchen with essentials to cook almost any meal.

-2 King beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeper sofa, full sized washer/ dryer, parking for up to 4/5 mid-sized vehicles.

-Our property accommodates up to 14 guests (8 Adults) but we do require approval before bookings over 12 guests, or 6 adults. Message host for approval.

-Wi-Fi enabled property, Smart TV in the Living Room & all bedrooms. Charcoal BBQ Pitt, Outdoor shower.

-Linens/ start up supplies included!

-Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day ONLY. Guest pay per day.

-Approved pets under 35 pounds welcome. Must contact host with pet details before booking for approval. 2 dog max. Pet fee $100 for 1 pet. $150 for 2 pets.

No Smoking, No Prom or college parties. Must be over 25 to book. No 3rd party bookings. Guests agree to rental agreement/ rules upon booking.

$100 pet fee, 1st pet. 2 approved pets $150 plus 15% tax
Must be 25 to book. Must approve all parties with over 6 adults. No prom parties, No parties. No Smoking.
By booking guest agree to rental agreement and all house rules.
