Newly remodeled, 5+ star-energy-rated unit in a quiet neighborhood. Campbell Creek greenbelt trails are one block away for runners and cyclists. Private entrance with covered walkway and parking just a few steps away. Accessible by individualized door code provided a few days before check-in.

Property is just 15 minutes from hiking/camping in the Chugach mountains, half hour from Alyeska Ski Resort, and 4 hours from the entrance to Denali Park. Within a 5 minute drive from several of Anchorage's craft distilleries and breweries and excellent restaurants.

The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and and in-unit washer & dryer. Living room has a full-size foldout sofa for additional guests. Only a 10-minute drive to the airport.

This apartment worked out great for us. It was as listed. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to base our quick visit around Anchorage from this place. The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Place was very clean, wifi was strong. The rental is in a residential area off the Campbell creek trail and was easy to get to our destinations with a car. Location is very quiet. Loved the welcome goodie baskets of chips and coffee, etc. Great having a refrigerator and washer dryer. I wouldrecommend this place if you have a car to get around.

Property manager was very prompt with responses. My mom stayed there for two weeks while visiting us. Definitely need a car to stay here. Can hear neighbors walking outside on porch, but otherwise fairly quiet. Not too far from Campbell Creek trail. I would put my mom there again for sure.

I’ve lived in Anchorage since 2006. I moved here from the East coast because I love living near the mountains and outdoors. I recently spent 3 years living in South Africa, but now I’m back in the frozen North.

Why they chose this property

I love the location and neighborhood of this triplex. It’s not so imposing but the apartments are all spacious. I really like the access to the Campbell Creek greenbelt. It’s made for some great running in the early mornings.

What makes this property unique

I live on-site and really love the area. The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to stores and downtown. The greenbelt one block away is nice for evening walks or morning runs. I've put a lot of time and attention into remodeling all of the units because I want them to be nice places to stay.
