A beautiful experience. Very peaceful and quiet...

Other than homeaway service fee, there are no other extra charges or surcharges! All our guests have always maintained our home in immaculate shape. We can sleep up to 10 people. And we also now have WiFi and yes that too is free of extra charges!

Our home is ideal for a family, couples, families or group of friends...

Doonas, linen, towels and basic essentials are provided.

From the house you can walk to the shops and restaurants on and near the waters Edge.
For those who want to see the Koalas on Raymond Island the ferry is just 10 mins walk away.
In Paynesville there are 2 supermarkets: 1 large IGA and a Foodworks, both licensed to sell alcohol

Kitchen/meals area with gas/electric cooking, dishwasher, sliding glass door opens onto the front verandah with water views, formal lounge/dining, 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom with powder room, third bedroom has 2 singles over double bunks, heating/aircon, 2 driveways, landscaped gardens, huge undercover entertainment area at the back with bbq. Located close to shops and canal.

Other things to note:

The house is not pet friendly.

The entire house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is all yours to enjoy. Whilst the garage is not available, we do have two driveways you can store a trailer or boat. There is lots of space, including a large undercover outdoor area with BBQ which seats plenty of people and a lovely deck which gets the morning sun

Calm family retreat

We had just returned from a one night stay at this lovely house with another family. The place is well maintained and equipped for a family with Children to spend a good relaxing time. Kids enjoyed the collection of board games and spend good time in the lobby playing. The neighborhood adds to the relaxing calmness and makes the place best for a valuable getaway . There is a very good BBQ area, didn't use it since it was bit cold in the evening. We would have booked another night if not for work commitments. Thank you Melinda for being helpful and for the understanding.
