* There is currently construction underway on a house next door. There may be occasional daytime noise during standard working hours. Construction is scheduled for completion by November 2026.

Clean, spacious, newly renovated home. The finishings, beds, and linens were very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you’d need. They also had a high chair and pack n’ play available to use. Pool was mostly shaded all day but we didn’t mind with little ones. Angela was very responsive. Great home!

One of the standout features of the neighborhood is the network of canals that weave throughout the area. With ocean access and beautiful scenery, it truly feels like a vacation setting. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, you’re only a short drive from downtown Bonita Springs and Naples, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and local activities.
