Me and my husband had really nice vacation. The area is very peaceful and inspired my creativity. House is very beautiful and oner and property menager provide help with all we needed. Amazing! Loved our stay

The whole process was wonderful! We were able to check in a hour early and the property manager even came over to ensure everything was going smoothly. We enjoyed the outdoor area although the pool did need some work. There were a few spots in the bottom that were broken and caused discomfort. We had an blast waking up early and fishing in the canal every morning. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

This property is beautiful and we had a wonderful experience! From the time we arrived, the host made sure we arrived safely & were abe to access the home with no issues. The home is super clean and stocked with pretty much eveything we needed. The property manager greeted us the day of arrival and was very accomodating. The pool and spa were perfect temperatures. We appreciate the host offering her beautiful home! We were in town for a wedding at the Westin so the location was perfect for us. We highly recommend this home and would absolutely love to stay here again.

Warm weather getaway after Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the home was just as advertised. The lay out worked great for traveling with my mother and our 3 children. The pool was the highlight of the trip. It was warm and we spent most evenings in it and the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked including some spices and other baking items so that we didn't have to go to the store constantly. There were plenty of cups and plates for our meals. The beds were comfortable. The house is in a quiet area that allowed us to go on evening walks. The location on the canal was wonderful. We enjoyed seeing the moon glimmer off the water at night and watching the neighbors boat on the canal. While not on a beach it is near enough to many beaches and we were able to enjoy our time there and at the many other parks in the area. The host was quick to reply to our texts while there. Overall, a beautiful property that helped us to enjoy a much-needed vacation after the busy holiday season. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Excellent and immaculate oasis

We stayed for a week at this beautiful Gem. I felt right at home the moment I opened the door. The house is immaculate and has all the necessaries needed for an outstanding vacation. My family traveled from NY for a much needed time off. As a primary care provider I was looking for a place just to relax . Well the pool provided that much rest. Night time were quiet, safe neighborhood. My family enjoyed movie night by the pool. We forget to get popcorn, but amazingly we find some popcorn in the cabinet. The area Cape Coral is serene and beautiful. We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset in evening on the porch. The location of the house is perfect. It is close to many beaches, attractions, wallmart and multiple of eatery The house has a book that gives instructions to the guests Highly recommend Karen place. She is an excellent host, respond always to every call. She is also kind by letting my brother check out late because of his late flight. The house is very big, every room is exactly as the pictures. The bed are very comfortable, enough lien and towels are provided. We went to the beach. The house has beach chairs and beach umbrellas My husband went fishing in the bay, fishing pole and equipment were provided. I will not hesitate to return again. Wonderful stay!

The photos are very accurate regarding the setting and amenities. We needed a break from the bleak Wisconsin spring (continued winter). We enjoyed the occasional day trip to Sanibel, but otherwise never wanted to leave the house and beautiful pool. Our kids (ages 5 and 7) were entertained for hours everyday in the pool and the adults appreciated the hot tub in the mornings and evenings. The canal setting added to the relaxation. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we had an abundance of towels for the pool and showers. The 2 bedrooms (4 total bedrooms) on each side of the house gave everyone good space and quiet. We greatly appreciated the use of the cooler and beach chairs as well for our beach excursion days. The host was readily available and considerate. Thanks for the wonderful stay and a chance to recharge our vitamin D levels :)
