Splash resort was a dream for our little family. The Splash 105W was perfect. Everything was as it was in the pictures. The kids said this was their favorite of all places we have stayed. We would love to come back in the future.

Pros: 1st floor so limited elevator time Clean Large bathtub and walk in shower Cons: Bathtub drain had a slow leak so you couldn’t soak for very long. Atrocious smell comes from drains directly after showers/baths for 10-15 min. Master bath toilet ran the entire time we was there. Right directly over the kids water park so you hear the water coming from it on the balcony instead of the waves. Sideways shimmy room only on window side of master bed. Bed too close to wall. Living room seating was way uncomfortable.

The condo was as described. Clean and well kept. Great communication from owner. Great view. Great beach. Plenty of umbrellas and beach amenities. The Splash property is in need of some cleaning. Not well staffed. Trash laying around, cans over flowing. Kids and wife complained of how dirty it was outside of the condo.
