Please make sure balcony door is closed and locked.
Please make sure to close door behind you and make sure it’s locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking
A $100 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no pets during peak season, no parties, and no smoking.
