There is a security camera by the front door. Definitely no parties, smoking or drugs. Only paying guests allowed , strictly no visitors

Very nice, but read the fine print.

Great little house. Awesome back yard. Owner easy to deal with, simple check in. Only thing i was disappointed with was that you couldn't have anyone come in to the house, so couldnt have my family over for lunch, or even my daughter in for a coffee. This was the whole purpose of getting a house vs going to hotel. It is in the fine print, so my fault for not picking up on it quickly enough to cancel. But i think definitely something people need to be aware of. But if just visiting Perth, and no wanting visitors to the house this was a awesome place to stay.

Thank you Carol for your review . It is unfortunate you didn’t mention to ne that you wanted your daughter to visit for a cup of tea because that would not have been a problem at all . What you conveyed to me was that you wanted to have a big family reunion at my house with your four daughters and their families and 5 grand children . My short term accomodation licence allows for 10 guests maximum and no parties . This is stated several times on my listing . I did offer a day rate for you to have guests visit and use the pool , facilities etc and I would have provided pool towels , extra toilet paper etc but you declined . Guests pay for accomodation and with that comes the facilities that are listed the same as a hotel , but the facilities are for paying guests only , im sorry you misunderstood this.

Meh wouldn't recommend as it isn't spacious and very cluttered

Owner was unnegotable when trying to cancel for a refund as she didn't care about anything but her money. Even though we gave her plenty of notice . The morning of our first night at the stay. I had a few missed calls from owner in morning that I didn't hear as my phone was on silent and instead of waiting for the call back owner decided to barge thru a secret door in the backyard unannounced which made me and my friends feel like our privacy was invaded. Yes we did acknowledge we may of been talking out the back over night which may of gotten noise complaints but honoustly felt we weren't making that much noise. Still doesn't warrant a breach of our privacy as I would of returned the call back as soon as I seen that I had missed the calls.. Wouldn't recommend 2/10

I’m very surprised that Nick would write a review when he knows I have photos of the bongs they were using to smoke meth , hence they were up all night until 10 am when I asked them to leave after neighbours had complained of noise at 3.30 am and again at 6 am . I tried knocking on front door for .twenty minutes but none answered nor did the 8 phone numbers I was given . The only one that did answer said he wasn’t even staying at the house . We could smell smoke and drugs from the rear and when I entered from the rear of the property I found a girl smoking flicking ash on my outdoor rug and when I asked her to stop she became abusive . One of the guests tried to leave one of their meth bongs in my bin . Two guys were very helpful and helped me remove rubbish that had been dumped in my neighbours bin . If you are a host reading this , most of this group were a nightmare with no respect or regard for my house or the law . They are obviously meth and ice users , to be avoided at all costs One broke an Egyptian vase which was a wedding present . Nick told me they were 4 couples from down south coming to chill by pool . Not 6 guys, one girl from around the corner who obviously just wanted a place to do drugs Dangerous guests to be avoided at all costs
