Renovated. Modern. Downtown + 1.5 Miles to Stadium
Stylish & centrally-located 3 bedrm modern in design home. Our beautiful property is renovated with two brand new bathrooms, one with an over sized shower, full remodeled kitchen with an 8 foot island, 6 burner cooktop, & Cafe counter top appliances. Beautifully restored hardwood floors flow throughout most of the home. Oversized front porch is great for gatherings. 1.5 miles from UofM stadium & 1 block from Main Street! *Please note this house was built in 1905, & shows wear in some areas*
The space
The home is in a wonderful location, walking distance to practically everything. We renovated this home is 2019. But note it was originally built in 1905, you may find some quirks and signs of wear in some areas, including some of the door frames. Windows cannot be opened. Water pressure can be unpredictable not only because of the age of the home, but also because of the water conservation laws passed to prevent waste. We’ve given this home love, care, and some modern touches & we continue to update every year. If you are not a fan of old homes we ask that you do not book our property. We take much pride in this home that has been in our family for over 40 years. We look forward to welcoming you.
