This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room offers two queen beds, the third room offers a queen bed. Other features include smart TVs in all rooms, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

The lobby in the building was closed for the entire trip, with no employees onsite. We had no idea where the carts were located to unload our car and had to go in search of one. We drove into the area they called ENTRANCE, but there were no carts there and we had no idea where they were located. We never found a restroom on the pool level and no one to ask, so we had to go back to our unit on the 9th floor to use the restroom. Never experienced this before.

Myrtle Beach Bday Girls Trip

This was a wonderful location with a perfect view of the ocean and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Also, there was easy access to property parking and the beach. My stay was 95% perfect. I was disappointed that there was not a kcup coffee maker.

Perfect landing spot in Myrtle

This is the perfect, spacious landing spot for a trip to Myrtle Beach. Right on the beach, easy access to all attractions, indoor and outdoor pools. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was well decorated and clean.

Beautiful condo!

Everything about this condo was perfect for us! This condo was spotless. The view is amazing & balcony well furnished & large! Everything we needed was provided. Inside is beautiful, just as pictured! The only negative comment we had was there wasn’t a big enough closet in the primary bedroom, no long hanging space. We will return for a longer stay for sure!

Perfect family condo

This condo was very nice and made for a perfect vacation rental. Upon check in, this was probably the cleanest beach rental that I’ve experienced, absolutely zero issues. The furniture and amenities were all in great shape and the decor was perfect for a beach vacation. The building property was well maintained and you actively saw employees cleaning all week making sure things were in order. Parking was simple and convenient. Communication with the rental management company was easy and prompt responses. This condo was perfect for a family vacation as it was quiet and nothing wild going on, even on the 4th of July week. We will definitely look to rent again next time we are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach.

Lovely Beach Oasis

Family vacation, had a wonderful time in this clean well-appointed condo. Had everything we needed, the amenities at the building were excellent (pools/hot tubs/etc.), and the view from the place cannot be beat. We really liked the layout as the bedrooms felt separated and private. The beds are a little firm, and agree with previous review that they could use to replace some pillows which are very flattened. Overall highly recommend!

The unit was clean and well appointed. The rental, checkin, and checkout processes were very simple. The facilities were nice and well maintained. The only negative we had is there are no restrooms on the ground floor so if youre at the pool and need to go to the restroom, you have to either go to your room or a small unisex restroom on the 2nd floor. We really enjoyed our stay. TY!

Golf trip

The condo was a 5 star. Totally renovated with quality furnitures . All the rooms was very confy and everything needed was availible. This unit is an ocean front condo. The view is spectacular. The complex is very well maintain with great pools and jaccuzi. You feel like in a carabean resort. At night the outside is very nice also. In October prices are down and weather is still beautiful. Wow this was the best vrbo that we have rent. The access was easy, managment very very quick to respond. Great 5 star

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this building many times, and in this unit as well. It’s a nice building with a great view, easy parking, pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river to enjoy. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the ocean, and my daughter misses the lazy river already. We were disappointed that the lazy river and pool were freezing cold all week long, and wish they had been heated. We avoided the outdoor pool because it was full of bugs and debris every day. The renovations to this individual unit were very nicely done (especially that stunning primary bathroom)! The entire unit was very clean, the living room very comfortable with a large and modern tv, and the kitchen was fantastic, clean and well taken care of, with water/ice dispenser in the fridge. The smaller front bedroom doesn’t have a closet, and the large walk-in closet is now locked as an additional owners’ closet, so there is very little closet space. More places to hang swimsuits and towels would be very helpful, as there are no hooks in the front bathroom and not enough places to hang things up in general. Several of us remarked that the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The biggest issue we had though was the high king size bed in the primary bedroom - we had elderly guests sleeping in that room and they really struggled to get in and out of that bed each day. Steps to get into it, or at bare minimum a sturdy step stool, would be much safer. I do wish it had been noted in the description, as we may have chosen a more accessible unit for them. Overall we had a lovely, memorable trip, and would stay there again. The additions of hooks, newer pillows, and steps for the primary bed would make our stay perfect.

Unit 902 Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay in Unit 902 was positive. There were two problems that we encountered upon arrival. The television service from Spectrum was not working for any of the four televisions. A number appeared on the screen to call for assistance. After spending an hour on the phone Spectrum said they would have to send a technician the next day. The following day the technician arrived and checked the cable boxes in the unit. None of the four cable boxes belonged in the unit. The technician installed a new box in the living room and the service was restored in that room. He would not restore the service in the other rooms until Spectrum talked with the owner. We never got service in the other rooms the rest of the week.The other problem we had was that the draperies in the living room were removed. this caused a tremendous morning glare from the sun off of the ocean in the mornings. It would have been nice if er could have drawn the drapes for a couple of hours in the mornings.Other than these problems we had a good stay. the condo was clean and well supplied and we enjoyed our stay.

Beware!!

As you walked into the master bedroom you were hit with a musty mildew smell. There was a dehumidifier in the dinning room that we had to empty 3-4 times in 5 days. The ice maker did not work, and we had a leak with the garbage disposal. We called for maintenance and they came pretty quickly. The guy fixed the leak, but the ice maker never did work although he said he fixed it. We had to buy bags of ice since there is no icemaker on the property site. All the beds, (4) were VERY HARD. They were not comfortable at all, and we all ended up with back aches do to the hard beds. There are no scissors in the kitchen. The front door is very hard to open and close. If you do not push hard, you think the door is closed but it is not. Dangerous. There are no extra trash bags, so make sure you take trash bags, no Kleenex, take extra toilet paper, only one roll per bathroom is furnished. Make sure you take your own toiletries, what is supplied is very limited and no replacements. The master bedroom bed is very high, so hard for me to get into and out of. Make sure you take extra cleaning products for the kitchen, very basic amount in condo. I can see stripping the beds, but why should I have to start a load of laundry, expecially since I had to use my own supplies since we had done more than one load which is supplied? Once again, since we had used the supply for the dishwasher, I had to use my product to clean the dishes we used that morning. Rooms were decent sizes. Not enough plugs especially in this age of cell phones, ipads, etc. Need to have extension cords in each room. For being late August, the pools were cold. Another major problem is NO bathrooms anywhere near the pool area. If you needed to use the bathroom, you had to go all the way up to your room to use it, NOT convienient. And especially with 4 year olds. Parking is all outside. No office onsite, no one to go to, you have to call somewhere else. They did let us in an hour early, called to make sure room was ready and allowed us to go in. Took over an hour to get a response from the "office" people. The building is nice, elevators clean, parking lot was clean, room was clean, but musty, mildew smell. Had lots of moisture containers in every room. You could see a lot of daylight around the front door, and could hear the wind blowing around the door. Needs to be replaced. I hope that other condos in this building are better kept. Not using again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit twice. It is a comfortable, beautiful room with a great view. The only thing that was inconvenient for us is that we had access to one closet in second bedroom. Understandably, owners had lock in main bedroom for their personal use, and second closet was very narrow with shelves. You couldn't hang anything. And third bedroom has no closet.
