The location was great. Not too remote that you can't be in town in less than 15 minutes. Beds were comfy and the view from the deck was nice. Only drawbacks and I say this to every VRBO owner, providing water, coffee, condiments and good TP go a long way. The cushioned toilet seat from the 80's needs replaced and the inside of the toilet itself is stained. The shower head could use cleaning or replacing and there's minimal water pressure. Also why have a washer and dryer and not provide detergent or dryer sheets? Would've been 5 stars if these issues were fixed prior to my arrival.

Property was just as described. Beautiful river view - sunsets were amazing. Great outdoor deck. Property is close to many beautiful hiking trails and also Long Level Marina. We rented a pontoon boat and had a great day. Furnishings very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy check in and out . We will return!
