The property had not been cleaned when we arrived. Fortunately the property manager quickly communicated with the housekeeper and both with me to arrange cleaning. The housekeeper made every effort to get there quickly and get the place cleaned nevertheless it was an inconvenience for us having to leave and not be able to occupy the home until after 8pm. I believe some amount of recompense would be warranted. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and appreciated the owners accommodating our special request.
