This is truly a boaters dream with a boat ramp just around the corner and the property situated directly on a canal leading to the Charlotte Harbor. We have boat slips available very close to the boat ramp for guests that would like to keep their boat in the water during your stay. (Let us know if you would like to take advantage of this offer so we can reserve your slip)
Whether you are coming to work or play, we are centrally located to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and local attractions like Englewood beach. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Loved the location of the house, last house on the street, very quiet, right on the canal and a very relaxing screened in porch to watch the boats go by. Water pressure and temperture are amazing, and the master bed was very comfy. Owners are close by which was a plus for us since it was just me and my son this time so we felt very safe and they are very friendly. Overall, we will stay here again when we come back this way, it fit our needs perfectly.

The hosts were terrific. Watching the fish jump and boats go by in the canal were enjoyable. Plenty of restaurants nearby with only two walking distance. About 20 minutes to Boca Grande or Manasora Key beaches, both phenomenal places to enjoy beach life.
