There are two bedrooms on the second floor; the master bedroom has a king bed, a master bath, a deck and it faces the front of the property. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, a deck and faces the parking lot. The main bathroom on the second floor has two entrances -- one from the hallway and one from the bedroom. There is one bedroom on the third floor (loft) with two double (full) beds. It has its own bathroom and a deck.

You have to bring your own linens -- sheets (one king, two queens, two doubles), bath towels and beach towels. Kitchen dish towels and hot pads are provided.
