Location, location, location!

Our small family and pup had a great stay at Ronna’s unit. The place was exactly as described and the location is unbeatable - steps from the beach and on one of the best streets in Dewey. The first floor (including deck) is spacious and great for entertaining and/or hanging out. Lots of bedrooms, plus a super cool loft/attic space that our kiddo loved. Highly recommend!

Dog friendly and beachfront

We enjoyed the townhouse in Dewey Beach especially because its dog friendly and right on the beach. The house was clean and well kept. Its nice to park the car and leave it with everything close by.

Our Second Stay

It Completely met our needs. There were a few issues that we had to work through, but the Owner was nearby and was very accommodating. We appreciated the attention we received and would highly recommend this property to any family who wants to be right next to the beach. We were very pleased.

Great Location! Exactly as advertised.

First of all, the location was perfect, only steps away from the beach, dog friendly and everyone had a great time. Unfortunately, Dewey Beach got hit with a tropical storm for part of the time which made it challenging, but we made the best of it and will definitely come back to this location.

Perfect Location!

Perfect spot to stay; great location! Right next to the beach; and restaurants/stores all within short walking distances. The house was clean upon arriving and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you Ronna; our family had a great time! If you do have a large SUV or truck the private parking spot in the back is very tight. We had to use the alternate public parking spot to park our truck.

Enjoyable family vacation

Rental was easy and communication was great. Although parking for a third car was super expensive. Office was closed on the weekend so we were told to pay each day through the app. It cost $20 per day.

Pleasant Surprise

Our experience in the past was that the photographs and descriptions were exaggerated to make the property appearance better than what we actually got. But this time the rental was actually better than what we were expected. The place was very spacious and the photos did not do the place justice. The interior finishes and decor had been updated since the photos were taken. The kitchen was very well appointed. It was just steps to the beach. We will rent again next year.

Location, location, location

What a great vacation home for a beach vacation! Ample space for all, ocean views from decks, walking distance to everything in the town, and the best part-out the door and onto the beach! You can literally park your car for the week because down the block the Jolly Trolley will take you to Rehoboth. The house is full of amenities and very comfortable. You will not be disappointed.
