What makes this property unique

Grand Panama 2-108 is conveniently located directly above the parking garage and the entire pool deck is our ā€œbackyardā€!
We are the ONLY condo with direct patio access to pool/hot tub/grill area. Gated patio off 3rd bedroom opens up to the pool deck that overlooks the Gulf from across the street.
There is a connecting walkover tunnel between towers 1 and 2, so that you are quickly on the beach without ever having to deal with street traffic!
