House was clean and pool area very nice. We had an issue the pool the first day and it was promptly addressed. Only complaint is the refrigerator is a little noisy and should probably be replaced.

I have lived in Cape Coral since 2014, I think it is the best community in the country. I was born and raised in Chicago, we still visit every summer but nothing beats Southwest Florida!

We go boating almost every weekend, the beaches are so much fun for all ages. The bars and restaurants have really improved since we moved here!

We live very close to our vacation rentals, are happy to help with whatever you need.

Why they chose this property

It is the most beautiful place, south facing view on the water and on a peninsula with very little traffic in the area. Extremely safe place to live.

What makes this property unique

Every home on the river is spectacular, but there is something about the south facing properties that give you the best of both worlds for sunrise and sunset. Spending time in the pool or on the dock is really special.
