Very clean. Kitchen was small but perfect for beach condo. We were able to have quick meals at the condo. Easy walk to the beach. There were good quality beach towels and beach chairs which was very helpful. The chairs had straps so we could wear them to the beach.We did have an issue with the shower on the first floor; the shower head was too low for our tall family to use.

This was a great spot for me, my mom along with my 17 year old daughter and 2 of her friends over Memorial Day weekend. Keyless lock was seamless and easy to use. Property is clean, and centrally located. Having sheets and towels supplied was amazing! Kitchen has toaster, blender and coffee pot (drip and k-cup). If you are looking to do a bunch of cooking while there you may find the pans lacking, but we made it work. All appliances are new. There is an Ice maker! Bedrooms are quite large. Communication was great. This was a great property for what we needed. Would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The accommodations were very nice and spacious, beds were comfortable and it was well equipped. Not noisy as you might worry about in main road and very convenient to food and other stores and restaurants. I recommend other renters look through what’s at the rental before going shopping. There was plenty of TP, paper towels and dishwasher pellets, and liquid soap was at all sinks. The remnant spices and cooking items were also highly appreciated. Again, not guaranteed based on the listing but very helpful. Also, has keurig maker/coffee maker combo if you want to bring pods along. The pots/pans were basic/functional. One cast iron or nonstick skillet would be a great addition.

This is a great pet friendly condo that is in a perfect location for shopping, eating and the beach. The unit is spacious - three bedrooms; clean and well-appointed for cooking and relaxing. Jason was always available and the check in / check out process was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again.
