We had actually been in a car accident and I was looking to just relax get away from everything.I was already having to email and be on the phone with car insurance and rentals and everything. The host message me the day of telling me that they would have people coming by between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to fix the internet or Wi-Fi there was nothing wrong with it while we were there and I told her I was really not okay with that and it was a total problem she said basically oh well that she could not change the appointment I've been had to take my time to email verbo and talk to them and they had to then email her to let her know that you're actually not supposed to do those type of things and there's no one supposed to be there while I am paying to be there like why would you do that I am literally paying the price you asked I am paying to be there I'm telling you I'm not okay with something but you're doing and you have the nerve to treat someone that way I even told the host I had been in a car accident it was trying to relax and that I was not okay with having someone else in and out of the condo I paint for it she could really truly careless.She messaged before we got there saying they had had Plumbing work done but while we were taking a shower in the master bathroom the water was not going down and when you were trying to pull up the lift on the faucets it felt like it was going to come out of the wall the thing you have to pull up to take a shower
