Fully Furnished 3 month rental of very charming, cozy and comfortable cottage in every way, location, floor plan, landscaping, and lots of extras makes this house so special. Warm and inviting spaces offer multiple options for entertaining, studying and relaxing with friends and family. It offers a fabulous location on the Hill close to dining, shopping, parks, trails, Chautauqua and CU Campus. Wonderful and caring neighbors. Available Febuary 6 2026 through April 30, 2026. This is not home for student housing. Prefer a couple with no pets or small dog.
