CONSTRUCTION
Construction is currently underway to build a pool/hot tub, fire pit, grill, and indoor gym. Construction of all amenities will be finished by March 2024.

POOL/HOT TUB
The pool/hot tub will measure 8.5 feet in width, 18.25 feet in length, and 4.5 feet in depth. It can be kept cool or heated up to 100 degrees, allowing for year-round use.

FIRE PIT
The fire pit will be heated by natural gas. Two to three sofas will surround the fire pit, accommodating 4 to 9 people.

OUTDOOR GRILL
The grill and counters will create a designated outdoor cooking area.

GYM
The gym will be 20 feet wide by 20 feet long and will feature a wet bar/sink area, squat rack, cable machine, dumbbells ranging from 5 pounds to 100 pounds, various kettlebells, stability balls, and more. The gym will have a 16-foot-wide sliding glass door that opens up to the pool area.

ROOFTOP TERRACE
On our rooftop, enjoy skyline views of Downtown Nashville, snap photos in front of our custom SeekStays mural, and relax on our large outdoor sectional sofa. The rooftop terrace connects to the 3rd floor living room, where you can watch TV, dine, and play pool.

KITCHEN & DINING
The home features a gorgeous kitchen and two wide-open living rooms. For those who love to cook, this is a fully stocked chef's paradise.

BATHROOMS
Most of the bathrooms have single or double vanities and glass showers. One of the bathrooms has a soaking tub should you be so inclined to take a bubble bath during your stay. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath and hand towels, washcloths, cosmetic towels, and floor mats to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find hairdryers in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoos, conditioners, and body wash.

BEDROOMS
Enjoy the cool comfort and support of our Gel-infused Green Tea Memory Foam mattresses and super soft, 480 thread count cotton sateen sheets, woven with a rich, lustrous finish. All bedrooms are equipped with a Roku TV which gives you access to thousands of streaming channels such as Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

PETS
Pets are NOT allowed at the home and are subject to a fine. Any evidence of a pet on the property incurs a $1,000 fine. This fee will be charged after checkout.

QUIET HOURS
Our home is in a residential neighborhood and it's important to me that my guests are respectful of our neighbors. We ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Noise complaints of any kind will result in a fine of $500.

NO SMOKING
Smoking inside the home or outside anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of either will result in a fine of $1,000.

NO PARTIES
Only registered guests are allowed to use the house day and night. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the noise level down. If there are any reasonable noise complaints, you’ll be asked to leave the premise immediately with no refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are 3 outdoor NEST security cameras located at the front and back entrances of the home. Security cameras are set up for the safety of our guests and security of the home. Please do not tamper with any of the security camera equipment.

PRIVATELY OWNED
This vacation rental is privately owned; I live here when I’m not traveling. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
Guest shall allow Homeowner and property managers access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner and property manager shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
