Why they chose this property
Our home is located in Chula Vista which is the city just south of San Diego. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. It is close to many bars and restaurants in nearby historic Downtown Chula Vista 3rd Ave. as well as nearby San Diego’s gas lamp quarter. Very close to 2 major freeways and minutes away from newly built Gaylord Resort.
What makes this property unique
Our home is bath spacious, with 3 levels of privacy. Very accommodating back yard with a fire pit table and jacuzzi! Great for relaxing after a long day. We also have a very fun game room which is equipped with an arcade, air hockey, basketball hops, foosball, poker table and other games! Perfect for all ages and groups.
