The Second master bedroom provides a Queen bed with private bath, tub and shower combo.
There are Two other bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with 2 twin beds with bathroom access and walk- in shower.
The Spacious family area is situated perfectly with sliding glass doors opening to a walkout balcony that overlooks the soft, sandy beach and rolling waves of the ocean. it boasts a circular sofa, mirrored wall and flat screen TV.
An Open, fully functional kitchen sits next to a large dinette separated by a beautiful granite counter top bar with black appliances, dishwasher and microwave.

Beautiful property. Ocean view is amazing. Easy access to beach. Really nice furniture. Sleep number beds. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of ice! Attentive owner. Could use some minor fixes just to keep the property at the high level as it shows. Cracked toilet seat, some caulking touchups in shower area. Kitchen pots could be better. Pretty scratched up. Maybe just provide silicone utensils only so people don’t scrape up the pots. Cleaning crew could be more thorough..we found things we had to clean up. Owner was very quick to act when there was a minor issue with the air conditioner. We would definitely stay there again. Melanie was fantastic and her place is beautiful.

A Most Enjoyable Vacation!

There are just too many wonderful things to mention about this condo. It was a most enjoyable time for our entire family. After the recent passing of my sister in May, this condo and its amazing amenities offered us the healthy dose of "Vitamin Sea" we needed! Besides being a beautifully appointed condo, it has a great ocean view as well as the easiest beach access we've ever encountered. It's perfect for families with children as well as older folks who just want to sit back on the balcony and either read or enjoy the sea breezes. It's close to shopping, Barefoot Landing, The Tanger Outlets, great restaurants, and many more attractions, yet you feel isolated from all of the hubbub of other resorts. If you are looking for an amazing get-away, I highly recommend this condo! And one last thing, the owner is so wonderful to work with and so accommodating. She will call you give you the inside scoop on how to make the most of your stay. I thank her so much for her kindness during my sister's passing! Make no mistake--we plan to return again and again!

You can't go wrong

We've stayed in many condos up and down Windy Hill. We love the area for its convenient location to the best restaurants and shops. The beach is very wide at low tide but has lost some area at high tide. We like this location (45th Ave or lower) because their are less people than the upper end of Windy Hill (46 Ave through 48Ave). There are smaller buildings and houses which means less competition for a good spot next to the ocean. This condo is without a doubt one of the nicest we've stayed in. Keep in mind we've made trips to North Myrtle Beach for the last 15 years with our kids. Many of the condos have the same or similar floor plan but Melanie has upgraded many areas. The beds and furniture are upgraded to what many would want in a home. The condo is decorated and painted to feel like your place, not a rental. There was nothing we needed that was not available in the condo. Washer and dryer are upgrades which get a lot of use on any beach stay. If your looking for a very nice comfortable place to stay with a fantastic view of the ocean, this is the place.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay in Melanie's Condo was outstanding. The beds were all super comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. A keurig Nd a drip coffee maker. Great instructions to help us have a good stay.. Melanie was by far the best host we have experienced! Very accessible and accommodating. Views stunning. Balcony table and chairs for enjoying the beach breeze and drinking coffee! The kids loved the pool, but being covered meant cold water. They didn't care! We are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful 2nd Annual Family Vacation

Our seven day stay at Melanie's place was WONDERFUL!! Beach Club 111 is everything and more!!! (Perfect for our family of 8.) Beautiful, very clean, the sleep number beds were a pleasant surprise, (very comfy), the kitchen fully stocked, the beach closet stocked full of beach chairs, boggy boards, and even a cooler etc.) Thank you Melanie, You are so kind and a pleasure to work with!! You thought of everything to help make your guests feel at home!!! Even better than expected!

The property did NOT disappoint. The pictures online were great; but, seeing is believing. It’s in a perfect location, convenient to everything. Melanie has everything you need in this condo. The “beach closet” was amazing. The only thing we needed to bring for a day at the beach were beach towels. The condo is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The view of the beach is breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable. Melanie was so easy to communicate with and made our stay unforgettable. I read every review on the Property website Before booking. I can say with complete honestly-this listing is accurate and the reviews are correct. We definitely plan on returning to this property again.

We were originally going to be in Oak Island - until the hurricane hit and damaged the house. At last minute (3 days before) we were able to book this and the owner was just a pure joy to work with! The condo was very clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family loved this condo! It was beautiful, and fully stocked with items that you may need. We did not cook a lot but the kitchen had all the needed items including a crock-pot, griddle and several other small appliances. Melanie has a "beach closet" with chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and an umbrella. We did use a couple of the chairs as we had brought a few of ours along with our beach buggy and umbrellas. The alcove right outside of the door was great for the beach buggy. Melanie was available for questions and sent a repair man right over when there was a very small issue to be repaired. There are games and lots of DVD's to watch. We feel that we have found our favorite vacation home! Thank you Melanie for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Condo!

We had such a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was very convenient that our needs were met including linens, towels, etc. Beautiful view from a large balcony! From the building, it was a very quick walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and relaxing. The building was conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and entertainment. Would highly recommend and would absolutely return!

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at Beach Club III 2A. The condo is always clean, well furnished, with great views, amazing views, well kept grounds/pool, and close to Barefoot Landing and Tanger outlets, restaurants like Hamburger Joes (a must). We have stayed in this area of NMB for over 25 years. It’s family friendly, safe enough to take an evening stroll on the street side and look at the beautiful houses. We love staying here so much that we keep coming back. The owner is so wonderful to work with, I would recommend anyone staying with family to rent 2A! There are beach chairs and toys in the closet, so if you forget to bring them, no worries! The kitchen is well stocked, linens are a part of the rental. What else can I say! We will definitely be staying here again for our North Myrtle Beach family vacation.

Second visit

We rented this condo last year and we were so impressed we rented it again this year. On arrival the unit was very clean and well maintained. Melanie, the owner, called us to tell us the unit was ready and the next day she called again to make sure all was ok. We have never had this kind of treatment from a condo owner or manager. This unit is very spacious, has convenient parking, is right on the beach and close to Barefoot Landing. We had no negative issues at all and we would recommend this condo to anyone. Rob and Kim

Simply the BEST!

Don't look any further than this condo. I am the type the will research for months to find just the right accommodations for my family. This condo has everything you could possible want or need. The view is amazing. You can't find anything closer to the shoreline. Very short walk to the beach. Elevator helps with older family members or you can take the steps from the pool that lead up right to the front door of the condo. As soon as you enter, you will find a beach closet filled with chairs, beach cart, excellent umbrella, toys, coolers, etc. The condo feels huge even with a family of 7 inside. The entire place is immaculate! The kitchen has every tool you can imagine. You feel like you are in a 4/5 star resort when inside. When sitting on the balcony, it feels like you are basically on the beach. Washer and dryer helped throughout the week. You can't ask for a better location to Barefoot Island, restaurants and activities. It is so easy to navigate the area. The beach area in front of condo is never overly crowded either. I've been visiting this area since I was a child and this is the best you can find!

Memorial Day 2019

Great condo! Everything nice and clean-owners were fantastic-they reached out several times to ensure we had a wonderful vacation! Location is unbelievable-both on the beach and the surrounding places to eat and shop! Will definitely use again next year.
