Located on the top floor of a 7-story resort, Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club, there are 2 heated pools, fitness center, 3 lighted har-tru tennis courts, marina, paved walkway along waterway with benches & gazebo, kayak launch & storage, bike storage, gas grills and outdoor dining tables. This condo comes with 1 assigned covered parking spot. Cable TV's in bedroom and living room. Wireless internet, and a dedicated workspace with desk (in bedroom). Full bathroom has plenty of fresh towels, soaps, shampoo, shelves, vanity cabinet, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
My cleaning team comes in when you leave so please do not stress getting out the door. If you can remove your trash and recyclables, and also load and start the dishwasher that would be great!
Please leave the FOB keys behind front door where you found them, and kindly leave TV clickers where you found them. Thank you in advance.
