Located in the heart of Condado, this apartment is minutes away from historic, cultural, and culinary scenes with access to a pool, multiple beaches, parks, and a beautiful lagoon view.

You would be booking this stay for the garden, pool, lagoon views, location and amenities. We are not a luxury hotel, the apartment is in front some of the best hotels in Puerto Rico, such as Vanderbilt, La Concha, Hilton, and Marriott.

Distance:
3 - 10 minutes : 3 different beaches, parks, and casino
10 - 20 minutes : T-Mobile District, Old San Juan, Bacardi Factory and airport.
Around 1 hour from the rain forest, caves, and other excursions.

This is a 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed, sofa bed, dining table, and desk area.
Guest access
Enjoy total privacy and access to our one bedroom apartment during your stay! Plus, you'll have access to all of the building's amenities, including a pool for guests and residents. Need to do some laundry? No problem - there's a coin-operated laundry facility on-site. For your convenience, a parking garage located next door offers both daily and hourly rates.

Check in is 4pm and checkout is 11am. If you need adjustments please let us know.
Other things to note
To keep our service top-notch and ensure you have a wonderful stay, we kindly ask that you take care of everything we provide and follow these simple rules:

1. No Makeup or Stains on White Towels – Please help us keep the towels spotless! A $15 fee will be charged for any stained towels.
2. Shake Off the Sand Before Coming In – To keep our space tidy, please remove excess sand before entering the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if there’s too much sand inside.
3. Keep Your Keys Safe – Lost keys come with a $100 replacement fee. Make sure to secure them in the lockbox when you leave.
4. Extra Guests Fee – Our space accommodates up to 3 people. If you have more than 2 guests, there’s a $10/night fee for the extra person, which must be pre-approved. Violating this rule may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund.
5. Keep Cool Efficiently – Please close the door when the A/C is on, and remember to turn off the lights, A/C, and close windows before heading out. It helps us keep costs down for everyone!
6. Late Check-Out Fees – Unscheduled late check-outs can disrupt schedules for future guests. If you need extra time, please arrange it in advance. Otherwise, staying past your checkout time will incur an extra night’s fee based on the current rate.
