Two bedrooms located at 223 Eleanor Roosevelt. Third floor, no elevator, it has two queen beds. On 3th floor of 3 stories building it has a common terrace. Next door is a business of donuts, fresh! The another neighbor is Susso, a Bar Rest with live music thursday to saturday. If you like nightlife sorrounding this is a great spot. If you are sensitive to noise take in consideration that there are days that will noisy
