Welcome to our North Scottsdale home where you will find yourself nestled in a wonderfully established neighborhood and only minutes to all the best things around!



This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.



**Living Room:**

Step into the inviting open-concept living space featuring plush seating around a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV, perfect for gathering after a day exploring Scottsdale.



**Bedrooms:**

Retreat to your restful haven. Our accommodation offers six bedrooms equipped for ultimate comfort: *Bedroom 1* boasts a king-size bed and a 43-inch TV; *Bedroom 2* features two full-over-full bunk beds, ideal for families.



Bedrooms 3 and 4 each encompass a king-size bed for a good night's sleep. *Bedroom 5* provides another king with a 43-inch TV, while *Bedroom 6* offers a cozy twin-over-twin bunk setup.

A quick 20 minutes to or from the airport! We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.



Interaction with Guests:

We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
