We had a wonderful stay! Although it was short as we were passing through, the house was clean, updated and beautiful…just what we needed to unwind after a long day on the road. Truly a desert oasis! This property is exactly how it is described and absolutely gorgeous. Our family of 3 had a really hard time leaving it! It is newly built and has all of the modern conveniences. Check in/check out was seamless and we had everything we needed. This was perfect for visiting the caverns. Highly recommend staying here! If we are ever back this way, we will definitely stay again!

We visited the caverns at Carlsbad for a long weekend. The house was beautiful Just prefect. The house is brand new, located in a very walkable development and close to restaurants. Mike’s communication with us was immediate and very helpful. Would definitely rent again next time we’re visiting the area.

Spacious, with lots of room to spread out; photos don't do it justice. Spotless, had everything we needed... except for a toaster which wasn't a big deal, we just like our morning toast before our hikes :). There was an unseasonable heat wave so we really appreciated access to the garage to keep our car from baking in the sun. Made a great base for visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe NP. Owner was very responsive.
