This spacious and comfortable home includes a balcony, porch, and open floor plan.

You will have what you need to enjoy and make Summer memories including a responsive host; available should the need arise.

Pirate's Cove beach, also known as Wallis Sands, is ranked among the cleanest in the country by the National Resources Defense Council.

Many attractions are nearby including Portsmouth and Hampton Beach.

The space
While this house is not intended for large groups, it is very spacious. Beautifully appointed with many real antiques; the house really is a two minute walk to the beach.

Guest access
The whole house is available and accessible. The space above the garage is unfinished but this area can be used to access the second floor balcony.

We ask that the garage not be used to park vehicles. There is parking for cars outside the garage and parking for a couple more cars. HOWEVER, this house is NOT for large groups, many cars, parties.

Parking is not allowed on the street nor on the lawn. 2 cars can fit in the driveway comfortably, 3 can manage. No parking in the garage allowed.
No large get togethers. The (maximum 6) house guests staying at the house, and some friends coming over to meet up is fine. No Fireworks!
The property is not on sewer, it is a septic system. Washer and dryer is available to use, but overuse kills the biology in the system.
