The house was a nice rental for our family. The host was very responsive and friendly BEFORE we got to the property. During our stay, we did reach out twice and STILL haven’t heard anything back from them. So that was a bit concerning. I know it was the holidays, but it would have been nice to get a response. Great location but needs major cleaning.

Close proximity to beach. Not a far walk to stores and restaurants. Unfortunately the house was dirty - pool was cloudy and had hair floating in it, shower curtains were molded and the cabinets were dirty inside and out. Bunk beds weren't made up.

Perfect weekend trip

This house was the perfect place for a get-away weekend. The house was beautifully decorated, in a nice and quiet neighborhood right near the beach, and the property managers were very quick to accommodate our needs! I can't wait to book with them again in the future!

Great size house with wonderful pool area for all to enjoy. Nice addition of a golf cart & pool table. Great location walking distance to beach. Awesome bonus to have access to restrooms on the beach. We would highly recommend this property to multiple families.

Family Vacation

My siblings and I visited Sea Esta (11 adults and 11 teens/kids) and had a great time! The house and pool were perfect. If you are looking for a very relaxing vacation we would recommend this house. It was nice to have additional access to the pool and restrooms at the clubhouse on the beach. I would also recommend renting golf carts if you stay here. We rented two six seaters for the week. We did not have any issues and would recommend this property.

85th Birthday Celebration

We celebrated our moms 85th birthday with family and had plenty of space. Kitchen appliances well stocked. Cable not in every room and would recommend in all as streaming services intermittently worked. Would recommend a 6 seater golf cart for number of people this size house accommodates as we ended up renting an additional one. We enjoyed the pool area. Close proximity to beach with easy access and close to OIB park center. Would stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation!

The location of the house was conviently located near OIB downtown area, golf cart beach parking and only a few streets away from the beach. It was so much fun having the private pool to ourselves after a long day at the beach!! The kitchen was well equipped to make homemade meals every night. The listing did say it included bath towels and bed linens but didn’t mention there wouldn’t be toilet paper, hand soap or trash bags. Next time we will be prepared to bring those items from home!

Great space with issues

The location was great, the amount of space and number or rooms were great. The house needs a deep clean, the grill was disgusting, the elevator did not work, the pool lights did not work, the patio lights did not work, the garage was locked and was not available for use. The listing seemed to make a big deal about having an elevator but it did not work so it was very disappointing. Reported all the issues to the management company and they replied that a work order was created but we never heard or saw anything back from them. Nothing was fixed or cleaned by them during our stay.

We stayed at the salty pickle this past week and were extremely let down. The property is not complete yet and has lots of issues. We were unaware and wouldn’t have spent that much money on a incomplete house. Great location.

Sisters and cousins visit

Well laid out and worked well for our group. We enjoyed the shading area under the house while others romped in the pool. Elevator helped us all, but especially our 98 yr. There is no view of the ocean from this house. The view across the street of intercostal will be gone shortly as new house fills in. Short walk to beach ramps but no ADA access or easy access for strollers. Limited but good selection of eateries and bars near by.

Family Getaway

Our family consisted of 10 adults (4 Seniors and 6 in their 30s ) and four children ages 3 to 7. We enjoyed all the clean, spacious rooms and the great pool area which had a table area for food or games and a beautiful pool. The kitchen had just about anything you would need for food prep and serving. An A+. Allie and her staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A wonderful week at the beach. The only negative was that there was no railing entering the pool. It was unsafe for some of the older and very young to use without assistance.

Beach Vacation Gathering

We all really enjoyed the property overall! Pros: - There are plenty of bedrooms to host a family event/gathering. - The property managers provide very clear and detailed information pertaining to the property. - We asked for an extended checkout time the night before departure (very last minute) and the property manager was very gracious and worked it out so we could have more time! - Overall clean and spacious Cons: - The thermostat was a little confusing. - There was a water leak from the first floor to the second floor that luckily the property manager already knew existed. (Pro: They immediately took care of the situation after reported the problem)

Most of the property was spacious and well stocked. The Elevator seems that is "aging"! Unfortunately, the first day there I fell getting out of the pool. STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PUT A SAFETY RAILING, SUCH AS THE OTHER HOMES HAVE, TO HELP FOLKS GETTING OUT AND INTO THE POOL! Many of the pool seating items seem old and need replacing. The bottom shelf of the dishwasher needs attention. We probably will not return to this property again!

Family vacation

PROS- Renting process was easy and accurate. House was in a good location, nice setting inside and out. Nice pool with outdoor seating for a ton of guests. Nice to have outdoor shower and golf cart oh and the elevator was helpful with loading and unloading luggage. CONS- disappointed in cleaning prior to our stay. Beds had candy under them, showers has hair - alot of hair in them, toliet paper holder broken, outdoor bar full of shells and sand from previous renters. Large stain in Master carpet. The kitchen really lacks in pots and pans. Towels were scarce and no bath mats. Our golf cart had a flat tire, pulled heavy to the right , lights didnt work at night and wouldn't hold a charge. Now after emailing them about my issues someone did come by with new towels and replaced the golf cart but other then that I have heard nothing from them. Would I return-YES

Beach retreat

The house and location are great. Easy beach access with golf cart or walking was a plus. The house was quiet and well laid out. Lots of places to congregate or get off by yourself. Pool is a nice size. A few things to be aware of: elevator did not open from outside on first floor due to misalignment, the sliding glass door on first floor did not lock, many beds lacked full sets of sheets and pillow cases, there were no dish clothes or dish towels although we left the ones we bought, the pool light did not work. The most disconcerting was the cleanliness. There were empty water bottles under one bed, a used tissue on the floor beside another, sticky candy on the carpet and on the nightstand in a third, the wood floors were not clean with crumbs and sand on the steps. Two of the bathrooms needed attention. For the price of the cleaning fee we would have expected better results. Thought you should know this as you are paying someone for this service and you too should get what you pay for. Would give 5stars except for the cleaning. We could have called but our experience is just do it yourself rather than wait for someone to come especially for the bathrooms which are needed immediately after a long trip. We would stay again, however. Thank you
