Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that if you use any of the throw blankets to please put them on the washer. If you use workout equipment, pease leave on floor so we can properly disinfect for the next guests.
Place all used bath towels on the floor in the bathroom and leave dish towels on the kitchen island.
Please set thermostat to 70 .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
GRILL: Please be sure to clean grill after each use and do not leave utensils outside. Do not leave grill unattended.
HOT TUB: Please shower and remove all sand and sun screen prior to entering hot tub. No glass in or around the hot tub.
Turn off propane when not in use. DO NOT leave fire pit unattended. DO NOT roast marshmallows or cook any food. Subject to a fine up to $500.

Owner was very communicative and responded quickly to questions. The property is beautiful, recently renovated I think. Kitchen fully stocked; we weren’t wishing for anything. We’d stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this property. The home was spotless and had everything and more that we needed. Beautifully decorated and quality throughout. The check-in was perfect and prompt response from our host Melissa and Alex. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.
