Relax in this quiet, cozy 1,000 sq feet house. The house is handicap accessible with no stairs and extra wide doorways. Listing includes a 1 acre horse paddock with run in and tack room. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Toyota, 3 miles from interstate and 5 miles from downtown Georgetown and 8 miles to Kentucky Horse Park. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed with headboard made from an old door and an electric fire place to keep you cozy. Guests have an easily accessible bathroom with a barn door crafted from authentic lumber found on the farm. The house stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning, making it a great retreat no matter the season. There are two porches complete with furniture to soak up the fresh air and a fire pit. Relax and unwind in this enchanting space that feels like a true home away from home. Enjoy all that Georgetown has to offer when you stay at our place. Pets are welcome! Please be sure to add the pet fee to your reservation. The property was very private for us. It was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. It had everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t. It was perfect. We recommend it. And if we ever return to the area, we will definitely rent again.

Such a beautiful cottage, very tastefully decorated! Western, equine, barn theme! Very clean! Very comfy big bed! I could live in this cottage! A full kitchen, washer and dryer, patios... absolutely lovely! We will return!

Mitzi, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had and the home is well prepared for guests. The coffee bar is well stocked with coffee, hot chocolate and cream/sugar. The property is very pretty and a huge area to walk my dog . . she was able to roam around and we walked the trails on the 10 acres. Two porches were great for sitting and watching her play. The house is well located to several attractions we were interested in such as horseback riding, beautiful scenery, Rail Explorers and Natural Bridge . . several good restaurants within 5-25 minutes . . Country Boy Brewery and Walmart within just a few minutes. It was nice to have a carport too.

This is an incredible property in Georgetown, perfect for a couple enjoying the Lexington events/attractions. It's about 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter and if a couple didn't mind the drive, this would be a nice, quiet place to stay. The house is clean, well-stocked and comfortable (bed and living room furniture).The whole property is beautiful and the owner was very friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to help with something left behind.We only stayed for one night on our way from South Carolina to Wisconsin, but would definitely stay there again if we're in the area!

This is the perfect little spot in Georgetown, Kentucky if you are looking for a safe, clean, utterly quiet, and convenient little spot on your journeys. It is about five minutes off the interstate. There is a wonderful brewery about 2 minutes up the road. Five minutes the other direction there is a great WalMart along with gas stations, Starbucks, Waffle House, and other chain restaurants. The house itself is totally fine. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower with good water pressure. Kitchen is well stocked as we good some pasta for dinner there. Very easy check-in process. Communication with the host was very nice. Could not recommend this place more. One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at.

I stayed here recovering from surgery. The convenience and comfort of the house helped me to relax. Mitzi was extremely accommodating and the perfect host! I would highly recommend!

The place is super clean and has an amazing yard. There were plenty of sheets and towels, and the kitchen and stoneware were awesome. The carport made staying during the rainy days really easy. The main bedroom was large with huge closets, and having the owner, Mitzi, next door made it easy to get anything taken care of quickly. Mitzi is also a great host and has a real cozy and welcoming home. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was wonderful in almost every way. Only 2 things that weren’t perfect. Location was beautiful but….. it is on a very busy road. Traffic is very loud if you are outside and you certainly can’t sleep with the windows open. 2nd, the host fees are high.
