We needed beds with a packed short stay. The accommodations were great for this purpose. Comfortable beds. Easy check in and out and accommodated our late arrival. Great neighborhood and location. Friendly family. We would stay here again.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had the TV remote, however, there were no channels on the TV and we were not able to login to any apps. There were some toys left in the area and the kitchenette counters were sticky. There was also old food in the fridge.

MY SISTER & I WENT TO SIUOX FALLS SD TO VISIT FAMILY. IT WAS A VERY NICE BASEMENT 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH. EASY ENTRY. VERY KIND HOSTS. DEFINITELY WORTH THE LOWER COST. WE HAD A GREAT TIME THERE. TW.

Great place to stay and I am very appreciative that the host was willing to do an after midnight check-in due to a long travel day. I didn't realize he would have to personally meet us at the door and let us in to his basement that is the rental location. I would have preferred a keypad entry. There is a lock on the rental door once in the basement. Very clean location! We left early the next morning to continue our drive, so I don't know anything about the rest of the area.
