Welcome to the Circle F Ranch Bunkhouse—your private retreat in the heart of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Located less than five miles from I-81 and just minutes from historic downtown Woodstock, the Bunkhouse offers peaceful working-ranch views without sacrificing modern comforts, including reliable high-speed WiFi throughout the home.

The space features two comfortable bedrooms—one king and one queen—each with brand new memory foam mattresses, luxurious 700 thread count linens, and premium towels. The primary suite includes a private attached full bathroom and its own television for added convenience and privacy.

Enjoy sweeping Appalachian views from every window, where you may spot Circle F’s Tunis sheep or Black Angus cattle grazing nearby.

The fully equipped ranch kitchen includes modern appliances, dishwasher, cookware, spices, and kitchen basics. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

Please note: The Bunkhouse is located on an active working farm, and guests may experience the natural rhythms of ranch life, including livestock sounds or occasional farm equipment.
